Real Estate Leader Daniel Neiditch Endorses Andrew Cuomo for NYC Mayoral Race

eiditch highlights Cuomo’s experience and dedication as key to New York City’s future

Daniel Neiditch, prominent New York City real estate developer and philanthropist, has officially endorsed Andrew Cuomo for Mayor of New York City, emphasizing his record of experience, leadership, and commitment to the city. The endorsement was announced at an event hosted by Neiditch at his iconic Atelier Building in Midtown Manhattan, a property that exemplifies his dedication to sustainable, community-focused development.

Neiditch, President of River 2 River Realty, has long been a central figure in New York’s real estate and philanthropic landscape. His projects, including the Atelier Condo, combine luxury living with sustainability features such as solar panels and eco-friendly amenities. Beyond real estate, Neiditch supports initiatives in education, healthcare, cancer research, and disaster relief.

The endorsement reflects Neiditch’s confidence in Cuomo’s decades of public service, including his tenure as Governor of New York and former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development under President Clinton. During his leadership, Cuomo advanced affordable housing, infrastructure development, and crisis response initiatives, including efforts following Hurricane Sandy and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Neiditch emphasized that Cuomo’s track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, implementing renewable energy programs, and fostering economic growth aligns with his own priorities for the city. He believes Cuomo is uniquely positioned to address New York City’s challenges, from ensuring safe and affordable housing to supporting vulnerable communities, while promoting long-term economic and social sustainability.

The endorsement also underscores Neiditch’s philosophy of leadership: prioritizing long-term vision, measurable results, and community impact. By backing Cuomo, Neiditch signals the importance of experienced, pragmatic leadership to guide the city through complex challenges. Attendees at the Atelier event noted Neiditch’s ability to convene diverse stakeholders from business, political, and cultural sectors, reflecting his commitment to fostering civic engagement and collaboration.

Through this endorsement, Neiditch reinforces his belief that New York City’s future depends on leaders who combine resilience, vision, and practical solutions. Supporting Cuomo represents a strategic alignment of shared values in governance, sustainability, and community development, aimed at building a stronger, more inclusive, and forward-looking city.
