NEW APPOINTEMENTS

X0PA AI Appointed Sri Harsha Allamraju as President to Drive Its Next Phase of Growth

As artificial intelligence reshaped the way organisations approached talent acquisition, the competition increasingly shifted from simply deploying AI to building recruitment systems that were transparent, accountable and capable of operating at scale. Against this backdrop, Singapore headquartered X0PA AI appointed Sri Harsha Allamraju as President, placing product, commercial and operational execution under a single executive mandate.

The appointment marked an important evolution for the AI powered recruitment company as it expanded across Singapore, India, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Founder and CEO Nina Alag Suri continued to lead corporate strategy, capital, mergers and acquisitions and the company’s global go to market agenda, while Allamraju assumed responsibility for product and commercial functions across its four operating regions.

The leadership transition came as X0PA AI continued developing its agentic AI capabilities for end to end recruitment automation and expanded its engagement with governments, enterprises and academic institutions across multiple international markets.

From Technology Leadership to Enterprise Execution

Allamraju’s elevation to President represented a progression that had been building for several years. He joined X0PA AI in 2019 as Vice President of Engineering before moving into the Chief Technology Officer role.

During his tenure, he played a central role in developing the company’s technology architecture and operational capabilities. He also led technical due diligence associated with X0PA AI’s acquisition programme and helped shape the architecture supporting its AI driven recruitment products, including its AI Recruiter platform and Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions.

His responsibilities had also expanded beyond engineering as the company grew geographically. He took on cross regional operational responsibilities as X0PA AI developed from its Singapore base into India, the UAE and the UK.

The move to the President’s role therefore brought together responsibilities that Allamraju had already increasingly been handling, while creating a clearer line of accountability between technology development, customer delivery and commercial performance.

“Harsha has consistently owned the decisions that determine whether we deliver, on product quality, on customer outcomes, on the technical integrity of what we build,” said Nina Alag Suri, Founder and CEO of X0PA AI. She added that the appointment would allow decision making to move closer to the work while enabling her to concentrate on the strategic and capital priorities shaping the company’s next phase.

The development reflected a broader shift underway across the technology sector. As AI platforms moved from experimentation into enterprise environments, technical capability alone was no longer enough. Companies increasingly needed leaders capable of connecting engineering, customer outcomes, governance and commercial execution.

For businesses tracking the intersection of artificial intelligence, workforce transformation and enterprise technology, such developments have become increasingly significant across the global business landscape covered by World Economic Magazine India.

Making AI Driven Hiring More Operational

Allamraju’s mandate was closely aligned with X0PA AI’s underlying philosophy that recruitment should become more evidence based, transparent and fair.

The company had developed its platform around the use of artificial intelligence to support different stages of talent acquisition. Its technology was designed to help organisations automate processes while maintaining greater visibility into how decisions were generated.

In his new role, Allamraju said his focus would be on making that philosophy operational at scale by delivering technology customers could trust, maintaining high standards of execution and building engineering and customer organisations capable of performing consistently across markets.

That emphasis on consistency was particularly important as AI based recruitment expanded into regulated environments and public sector procurement. For enterprise customers, the question was increasingly not simply whether an AI system could make recommendations, but whether those recommendations could be understood, documented and reviewed.

X0PA AI had positioned transparency as a central element of its platform. The company operated within the AI Verify Framework developed by Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority, with decisions generated by its platform documented and reviewable.

Expanding Across Global Markets

Founded in Singapore in 2017, X0PA AI opened its India office in 2018 before establishing its UAE presence in 2020 and its UK office in 2021. The company had also been accredited by IMDA in 2019.

Its international expansion reflected the increasingly global nature of the HR technology market. Organisations across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe were looking for ways to automate recruitment while addressing persistent challenges around skills shortages, hiring efficiency and workforce planning.

X0PA AI’s customer base included governments, enterprises and academic institutions, sectors in which questions of accountability and responsible AI adoption were particularly important.

The company reported maintaining a customer Net Promoter Score of 91 while continuing to develop autonomous and AI assisted hiring systems.

The appointment of Allamraju as President therefore came at a point when the company was moving from technology development towards a broader phase of enterprise scale. Consolidating product and commercial functions under one executive was intended to strengthen execution as X0PA AI expanded its geographic footprint and advanced its agentic AI product portfolio.

For the wider HR technology industry, the move also highlighted a larger transformation taking place. AI was no longer being evaluated solely as a tool for automating individual recruitment tasks. Increasingly, companies were building AI into the architecture of the entire hiring process.

X0PA AI’s leadership transition reflected that evolution: from developing the technology to scaling it, governing it and delivering measurable value to organisations operating across increasingly complex markets.
