Quorso Expands Partnership with Circle K to Roll Out Intelligent Management Across North America

Intelligent Management Platform to support over 7,800 Circle K stores in the U.S. and Canada following successful European deployment

NEW YORK CITY — Quorso, the Intelligent Management Platform designed for store operators, has announced the expansion of its partnership with Circle K, a global leader in mobility and convenience retail. Following a successful rollout across Circle K’s European operations, the platform will now be deployed across more than 7,800 Circle K locations throughout the United States and Canada.
The expanded agreement marks a significant milestone for both organizations, reinforcing their shared focus on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and enhanced in-store experiences. With this expansion, Quorso will soon be live in more than 12,000 Circle K stores globally, supporting store managers and field leaders at scale.

Quorso’s Intelligent Management Platform addresses one of retail’s most persistent challenges: operational complexity. Store teams are often burdened with fragmented systems, excessive data, and competing priorities. Quorso consolidates critical operational functions—such as tasks, surveys, performance analytics, exception reporting, and audits—into a single, action-oriented platform that simplifies execution and drives measurable improvements at the store level.

By combining advanced technology with human-centric workflows, the platform transforms data into clear, prioritized actions. Store managers are guided toward the most impactful opportunities, enabling faster decision-making, greater consistency, and stronger performance across multi-store networks.
“Building on the success of our prior rollout in Europe and a successful pilot in North America, we’re pleased to expand Quorso across our U.S. and Canadian networks,” said Hélène Drolet, Vice President of Operational Excellence, North America at Circle K. “This powerful tool is helping our store managers save time, act on data-driven insights, and identify opportunities that make the biggest difference for our customers and our business.”

Drolet added that Quorso plays a key role in reinforcing Circle K’s customer promise across its vast store footprint. “We’re looking forward to Quorso helping our store teams enhance the in-store experience, deliver on our commitment to be fast, friendly, and customer ready and, ultimately, unlock new growth for our business.”

The partnership reflects Circle K’s broader strategy of leveraging intelligent digital solutions to support frontline teams while maintaining consistency across diverse markets. As convenience retail evolves amid changing consumer expectations, rising operational costs, and increasing competition, tools that simplify execution and improve visibility have become critical to sustaining performance at scale.
From Quorso’s perspective, the North American expansion builds on proven results achieved across more than 4,000 Circle K stores in Europe. Those deployments demonstrated the platform’s ability to align store operations with strategic priorities, improve task execution, and empower managers with timely, actionable insights.
“We’re proud to extend our partnership with Circle K after delivering great success across more than 4,000 Circle K stores in Europe,” said Julian Mills, Chief Executive Officer of Quorso. “As we expand across North America, we’re excited to simplify things for store and field leaders by combining data-driven insights and alerts with dynamic store walks and audits, along with intelligent, prioritized store tasking.”
Mills emphasized that Quorso’s approach is not about adding another layer of technology, but about reducing noise and focusing attention where it matters most. By integrating multiple operational processes into a single platform, Quorso helps retail teams spend less time managing systems and more time improving customer experiences and store performance.

The expansion also underscores a growing trend within large-format retail and convenience networks: the move toward intelligent management systems that balance automation with human judgment. Rather than replacing frontline decision-making, Quorso’s platform is designed to augment it—guiding managers with insights while allowing flexibility to respond to local conditions.
As Quorso continues its global expansion, partnerships with leading retailers like Circle K highlight the platform’s scalability and relevance across markets. With deployments spanning Europe and North America, Quorso is positioning itself as a core operational intelligence layer for modern retail organizations navigating increasing complexity.

The North American rollout is already underway, with Circle K store teams gaining access to the platform’s unified dashboards, alerts, and task management tools. As adoption progresses, both companies expect continued improvements in efficiency, execution, and customer satisfaction across the network.
