Sohar Freezone, a hub for technological advancement situated in the expansive Sohar Freezone, spanning 160,000 sqm, the polysilicon production facility is a testament to Oman’s commitment to technological innovation. H E Dr Saleh bin Said Masan, Undersecretary for Commerce and Industry, highlights its status as the first-of-its-kind venture in the Middle East. This initiative aligns with Oman’s Industrial Strategy 2040, focusing on knowledge-based sectors, research & development, and advanced technology.

Shuangliang will supply cutting-edge equipment for the high-purity polysilicon plant in Sohar, reinforcing the technological advancements driving the project.
