DENVER – Heather Moyer, Founder and CEO of HNM Systems, has been named to the 2026 Inc. Female Founders 500 list, which recognizes some of the most influential and innovative women entrepreneurs across the United States. The annual list celebrates founders whose ideas, leadership, and execution are shaping the future of their industries. According to Inc., the entrepreneurs featured on this year’s Female Founders 500 collectively generated approximately $12.3 billion in revenue in 2025 and have secured a total of $12.2 billion in funding to date. The selection process involves a rigorous multi-round evaluation by Inc. editors, who assess candidates based on both quantitative metrics—such as revenue growth, funding, sales performance, and audience reach—as well as qualitative factors including innovation, social impact, and brand momentum.
Reflecting on the recognition, Moyer said the honor represents more than a personal milestone. “This recognition represents much more than a personal milestone. It reflects many of the challenges we’ve worked through as leaders while building companies, strengthening critical infrastructure, and working toward a more balanced future for our families and the next generation. Most importantly, it highlights the collective effort being made to expand connectivity and positively impact millions of lives,” she said.
Founded in 2011, HNM Systems has grown into a global provider of tech-enabled professional services supporting industries such as telecommunications, broadband, wireless, energy infrastructure, and enterprise technology. The company works with organizations to execute complex projects by rapidly deploying specialized talent, recruiting high-impact professionals, and providing project delivery support through dedicated teams.
Over the years, HNM Systems has deployed thousands of professionals across the United States and international markets. Its teams have supported initiatives ranging from broadband network expansion and enterprise wireless rollouts to large-scale technology modernization and infrastructure development programs.
To support increasing client demand and expand its delivery capabilities, the company has developed an international operating model that includes service delivery hubs in Costa Rica, India, and the Philippines. These hubs allow HNM Systems to scale operations efficiently while supporting complex, multi-market programs for global clients.
Innovation has also played a central role in the company’s growth strategy. In 2024, Moyer led the development of RecruitCode, HNM Systems’ proprietary workforce automation platform. The technology was designed to modernize how specialized talent is identified, evaluated, and deployed for large-scale telecom, energy, and enterprise technology projects. By combining workflow automation with data-driven talent matching, RecruitCode aims to shorten hiring timelines and improve workforce deployment outcomes across major infrastructure initiatives.
Reflecting on her journey as an entrepreneur, Moyer noted that the company has evolved significantly since its founding. In a recent LinkedIn post, she wrote that while markets, opportunities, and leadership approaches have changed over the years, her commitment to perseverance and positive impact has remained constant. She emphasized that her determination to succeed and contribute meaningfully to society has been a guiding principle throughout the company’s growth.
Inc.’s editorial team highlighted the diversity and impact of this year’s Female Founders 500 honorees. Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc., noted that the list features a wide range of innovators—from artificial intelligence pioneers and beauty industry trendsetters to nonprofit leaders making meaningful contributions in their communities.
“The honorees on this year’s list demonstrate what trailblazing female leadership looks like,” Ghosh said. “Their innovation, resilience, and commitment to impact continue to inspire entrepreneurs across industries.”
Several of the 2026 Female Founders 500 honorees will be featured in Inc. magazine’s Spring print issue, scheduled to hit newsstands on March 17, 2026. The full list of honorees is available on Inc.’s official website.
For HNM Systems, the recognition reflects more than a leadership milestone, it also highlights the company’s broader mission of strengthening digital infrastructure and supporting the evolving workforce needed to power next-generation technology initiatives worldwide.
