NEW LAUNCH

Findabl.ai Launched AEO Services to Help Businesses Improve Visibility Across AI Search

As artificial intelligence reshaped how consumers discovered businesses online, Findabl Inc. launched Findabl.ai, a specialised Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) service designed to help businesses improve their visibility across AI driven search environments.

The Toronto based company introduced its services on August 24, positioning AEO as a complement to traditional search engine optimization. Its offering focused on helping businesses present clearer, more consistent and contextually relevant information to AI systems used for search, recommendations and comparisons.

The launch came as consumers increasingly turned to platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot to find businesses, products and services.

Search Was Becoming an Answer Environment

Traditional search remained an important source of discovery, but the emergence of AI generated answers changed how information was consumed. Rather than presenting users with a list of ranked webpages, AI systems could combine information from multiple sources and provide a consolidated response.

In this environment, Findabl.ai argued that accurate business information, clearly defined services, geographic relevance, structured data and consistent digital profiles became increasingly important.

AEO focused on helping AI systems understand a business’s identity, expertise, services, locations and relevance to particular queries. Unlike conventional SEO, which primarily concentrated on indexing, rankings and webpage visibility, AEO placed greater emphasis on interpretation and answer relevance.

Findabl.ai positioned the two disciplines as complementary rather than competing approaches.

Moving Beyond Keyword Optimisation

The company’s approach recognised that simply repeating keywords was insufficient for AI driven discovery. Conflicting addresses, outdated service descriptions, unclear business categories, incomplete location pages, weak credibility signals and missing structured information could make it more difficult for AI systems to establish an accurate understanding of a business.

Its AEO services therefore examined website content, business information, service areas, structured data, indexed pages and other digital touchpoints.

The process also included reviewing FAQs, service descriptions and location information to ensure that they reflected the company’s actual operations. Structured data could provide additional machine readable context, while consistent profiles across trusted sources could strengthen business credibility.

A Structured AEO Process

Findabl.ai began its engagement process by establishing a factual baseline covering the business name, industry, website, locations, services, service areas and relevant search terms.

An AEO audit then examined technical and content related factors, including crawlability, indexing, structured data, search intent, metadata, page structure, credibility signals and existing AI visibility.

Based on the findings, businesses could receive recommendations covering new FAQs, service pages, location pages, metadata, content revisions, structural improvements and structured data.

The company also developed realistic prompts based on the questions customers might ask about a business, its services or its locations. These prompts could subsequently be used to monitor visibility across selected AI search environments.

Implementation could be handled internally by a client’s website team, with Findabl.ai providing recommendations and guidance, or through approved collaborator access that allowed the agency to implement agreed changes directly.

Human Expertise Remained Important

Findabl.ai combined automated analysis with human review. While AI powered diagnostics could identify technical gaps and visibility patterns, human oversight remained important for evaluating factual accuracy, messaging, relevance and business positioning.

The company stressed that AEO could not guarantee inclusion or rankings within ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot or other AI platforms. Crawling, indexing, model behaviour and final response selection remained outside the agency’s control.

Instead, the focus was on strengthening the information businesses could control, including website content, service definitions, geographic information, structured data and credibility signals.

Supporting Local and International Businesses

Local accuracy was another key component of Findabl.ai’s approach. Clear city references, service areas, location pages and business profiles could help AI systems distinguish between a company’s physical location and the markets it served.

Although Findabl maintained operations in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Canada, its services were positioned for businesses internationally, including local companies, multi location operators and organisations serving broader markets.

The company said its portfolio included organisations such as Alectra Energy Solutions, Bristol Car and Truck Rentals, CPA Logic, DMS Metals, Dominion Lending Centres, GT Homes USA, Treasure Hill and others.

Findabl Inc. was led by founders Kyle Kotack and Arjun Saraf, alongside General Manager Roger Wong. The company positioned Findabl.ai as an AEO and AI visibility agency combining technical analysis, optimisation, implementation support and ongoing monitoring to help businesses adapt to the rapidly changing search landscape.
