The world’s largest festival for talent and culture in insurance launches its 2025 edition with inclusive programming, CPD credits, and powerful global voices.
SINGAPORE: Registration is officially open for Dive In 2025, the global festival dedicated to advancing inclusion, culture, and talent in the insurance industry. Taking place from 16 to 18 September 2025, this year’s festival is set to host more than 70 hybrid events across six continents, with over 40,000 professionals expected to participate.
Under the theme “Belonging Builds Tomorrow”, the 2025 edition will explore how inclusion and a sense of belonging can fuel innovation, performance, and purpose-driven leadership across industries. Key speakers include Dr. Samantha Hiew, founder of ADHD Girls, and Lily Zheng, an acclaimed consultant and author, alongside senior executives from leading global firms.
Singapore will host eight events, including “EmpowerHER: Strength in Every Stage”, focused on women’s health, and “From Crayons to Canes”, sponsored by Markel, exploring the needs of multigenerational caregivers.
“Inclusive leadership, at all levels, is essential to attracting talent,” said Trevor Gandy, Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at AXA XL. “The U.S. sessions will spotlight mental health, neurodiversity, allyship—topics that reflect today’s workplace realities and help build belonging.”
The festival also supports professional development, with many sessions CPD-accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
“For busy professionals, CPD-accredited events at Dive In offer a rare blend of growth and purpose,” said Wallace Wang, DEI Director, APAC & EMEA, RGA. “The conversations on wellbeing, burnout, and neurodiversity are especially vital in Asia.”
Participants can also join the #WhereIBelong campaign, sharing stories of belonging on LinkedIn or Instagram to promote inclusivity in everyday life.
Dive In 2025 is backed by major sponsors including AXA, Lloyd’s, Marsh McLennan, Markel, AIG, and others. Registration is free and open to all at www.diveinfestival.com.
