Four Seasons Atlanta Welcomed Pierre Kermanac’h , a Leader With Two Decades of Global Luxury Experience

Pierre Kermanac’h brings extensive international experience to his new role as General Manager of the Atlanta property

Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta has appointed Pierre Kermanac’h as its new General Manager, bringing more than 22 years of international luxury hospitality experience to one of the city’s established premium hotels.

Kermanac’h’s career with Four Seasons spans eight properties and three continents, with experience across Food and Beverage, Sales, Rooms, Private Residences and resort operations. His broad operational background has shaped a leadership approach centered on strong teams and highly personalized guest experiences.

A native of Paris, Kermanac’h began his Four Seasons career in 2004. His early assignments took him to Chicago and Geneva before he joined Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, where he was promoted to Director of Rooms. He later moved to Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, becoming Resort Manager in 2019, before taking on the same role at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach.

His appointment in Atlanta marks another step in a career that has taken him through some of the hospitality group’s most prominent properties and international markets.

Kermanac’h describes his approach to hotel leadership through an orchestra analogy, emphasizing the importance of every member of a team working together.

“I often compare a hotel to an orchestra,” he says. “Every person has an essential role, and only when everyone performs together can we create something truly memorable.”

As General Manager, Kermanac’h oversees the hotel’s operations and leads its team across guest services, dining, events and other areas of the property. His focus is on building on the hotel’s existing service culture while continuing to enhance the overall guest experience.

“Luxury is not simply about beautiful surroundings. It is about how people make you feel,” Kermanac’h says, reflecting his emphasis on the human element of hospitality.

Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta combines luxury accommodation with dining, wellness and event experiences. The property is home to Brasserie Margot, Bar Margot and The Spa, while its central location places it within easy reach of some of the city’s key business, cultural and entertainment destinations.

For a luxury hotel operating in an increasingly competitive market, service remains one of the most important differentiators. Kermanac’h’s international experience gives him exposure to a wide range of guest expectations and hospitality environments, from European luxury hotels to major resort destinations in the United States and Africa.

His appointment also comes at a time when luxury hospitality is increasingly defined by personalization rather than simply physical opulence. Guests expect seamless service, attention to detail and experiences that feel tailored to their individual needs.

With Kermanac’h at the helm, Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is positioned to build on its established reputation while entering a new phase of leadership. His combination of international experience, operational expertise and people-focused philosophy brings a global perspective to the property and its continued evolution within Atlanta’s luxury hospitality landscape.
