Bank AlJazira Becomes First in the Middle East to Deploy Diebold Nixdorf’s Latest Self-Service Software on Windows 11
Bank AlJazira will upgrade more than 400 DN Series® ATMs with Diebold Nixdorf’s newest self-service software platform, VCP-Lite 7, becoming the first bank in the Middle East — and the first globally — to implement the solution on Microsoft Windows 11 using the DDC protocol.

The deployment is part of the Saudi bank’s accelerated digital transformation strategy and aims to improve performance, security, and customer experience across its expanding self-service network. The platform supports transactions in both Arabic and English, including NFC-enabled services, and caters to on-us and off-us customers.

The software introduces modern APIs and streamlined connectivity to external networks, enabling faster certification and compliance with the latest regulatory standards. With web extensions built in, it can unify the ATM user experience with the bank’s digital and mobile services.
